1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to any player ("you" or "user") who uses the pum999 platform ("Platform") and the services available on it ("Services"). By accessing the pum999 platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not continue to use the platform. This Agreement should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the site.

To use the platform you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from playing.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account at pum999, the name, date of birth, and contact details you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without prior notice and any remaining winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may only open one individual account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of those accounts may be suspended and any winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials and password secure is your own responsibility. pum999 is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, log in immediately and contact customer support.

3. Deposits

You can deposit to play on the platform using KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay.

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks.
• Deposits are processed according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
• The account used for deposits must match the registered name; if it does not match, the deposit may be returned.
• Foreign bank cards and foreign payment methods are not accepted.
• As a general rule, withdrawals are paid out using the same method used for the deposit; if clarification is needed, customer support can assist.

4. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal of winnings, the following conditions must be met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request; it may take longer if verification is still in progress.
• The bonus wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals will not be sent to unidentified bank cards or third-party accounts.
• If fraud is detected, the withdrawal may be suspended and investigated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users making their first deposit at pum999 can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; the bonus wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 240,000 Ks; the bonus wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Bonus Usage

• To claim a bonus, the current promotion conditions must be met at the time of the request.
• The bonus must be used together with the funds in your account — the bonus cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered.
• If deliberate wagering patterns are detected (for example, placing bets on opposite sides), the bonus and any winnings from it may be voided.
• Each bonus promotion can be claimed once only; the time limit for each promotion is as stated in its announcement.

5.3 VIP Program

The platform has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up through the levels as they play —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP level-up requirements may change over time, so check the platform's announcements first.

6. Game Rules

The pum999 platform offers live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, football, fish shooting games, and crash games. The rules and betting limits for each game can be found in the announcements displayed on that game's screen.

• A result or decision will only be corrected if it can be reasonably proven that a clear technical or financial error occurred; corrections will not be made simply because a player did not understand the rules.
• If a connection is lost during a game due to a technical fault, the result will be determined based on the game state recorded before the disconnection.
• pum999 may change games, betting limits, and availability without prior notice; however, bets already placed will not be affected.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following violations are strictly prohibited.

• Using software or bot tools to automate gameplay
• Using software to predict game outcomes (cheating)
• Renting or selling your account to any third party
• Using the platform to carry out money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Deliberately placing bets on opposite sides to exploit bonuses
• Colluding with two or more users to claim winnings
• Attempting to hack or attack the platform's services

If a breach of these terms is found, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance — including bonus funds — may be forfeited; the matter may also be referred to the relevant legal authorities.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by pum999

In the following cases, the platform may suspend or close an account without prior notice.

• A breach of the prohibitions in Section 7 is found
• False information provided on the account is discovered
• Suspicious activity linked to money laundering is found
• A violation of any legal or regulatory requirement can be demonstrated

9.2 Closure by the Player

If you want to close your account yourself, contact customer support. Any remaining balance that has met its wagering requirement at the time of the request can be withdrawn. You can also set your own limits under the Responsible Gaming policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pum999 has the right to limit its liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claims experienced by players. This includes—

• Game interruptions caused by network outages or server failures
• Delays by third-party payment services
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by banking issues
• Betting losses resulting from your own decisions
